He is the CEO of American Culture Project and Chairman of Illinois Policy Institute.  \nJohn Tillman is an authority on Free Market Public Policy and has been influential in many state-based think tanks that get results. He will be sharing with us “Seizing the Commanding Heights of American Culture” \nWhile John was CEO of IPI 2007-2021\, he co-founded and served as chairman of Liberty Justice Center\, which won the precedent setting Janus v. AFSCME case before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2018. This case has set precedent that is being used today to defeat the Unions in the Federal Government. Removing the requirement to belong to the union and pay dues has resulted in people exercising their First Amendment right to decline union membership. This has resulted in removing over $900 million from the coffers of the Democrats election campaigns. \n“The Breitbart Doctrine is the idea that “politics is downstream from culture” and that to change politics one must first change culture.” \n“Politics isn’t just downstream from culture.
