In 2008\, he founded the Legal Insurrection website\, one of the most influential conservative outlets. \nIn 2019\, he launched the Legal Insurrection Foundation\, a tax‐exempt non‐profit research and investigative group\, and in 2021\, CriticalRace.org\, the most comprehensive database documenting the spread of Critical Race Theory in education.
