SUMMARY:WRC Red\, White and Blue Holiday Luncheon with Riley Gaines
DESCRIPTION:Red\, White and Blue Holiday Luncheon with Riley Gaines\nTo Benefit the Fight Against Human Trafficking\nFeaturing Guest Speaker Riley Gaines\nFriday\, December 8\, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Naples Grand Beach Resort\, 475 Seagate Drive\, Naples FL\nPurchase Tickets \nRiley Gaines\nRiley Gaines\, a 12 time All-American swimmer with 5 SEC titles was a successful female swimmer at University of Kentucky with ambitions to pursue a dental degree. That post-graduate ambition and her entire life was changed when she was forced to share a locker room and then compete against biological male Lia Thomas at the 2022 NCAA Women’s Swimming Championship. \nThis uneven challenge\, not just for Riley but for every woman competing in the pool that day\, was made even more traumatic when the NCAA officials insisted on giving Lia Thomas the trophy\, despite tying Riley down to the hundredth of a second in the event. Riley can recall wondering why no one was standing up for her or for any women in the room. \nThis moment became her call to action – to defend and protect America’s daughters against the woke left and their gender-denying ideology. Biological men should not take opportunities for success in sports away from women. Biological men should not share locker rooms with women. \n  \nWHEN: Friday\, December 8\, 2023 11:00 AM\nWHERE: Naples Grande Beach Resort\, 475 Seagate Drive\, Naples\, FL 34103\nTO PURCHASE TICKETS:  https://interland3.donorperfect.net/weblink/WebLink.aspx?name=E356036&id=4

Today\, our Military Commanders are forced to interpret what and who a “Competitor”\, “Adversary”\, or “Terrorist” is\, and to be aware of our Nation’s Policies and Political Climate\, which tend to be fickle. \nFurther\, U.S. domestic distractions and political divisions in the past pale in comparison to today’s Wokeness\, Equality\, and other controversial issues. This ambiguous and treacherous environment for Military Commanders at every level could make for cautious\, conservative\, and sometimes delayed decisions\, which often leads to Missed Opportunities or Mission Failure. \nBio:\nSean Averell Pybus (born September 22\, 1957) is a retired United States Navy Vice Admiral who last served as the deputy Commander\, U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) from 2014 to 2016. SUMMARY:Republican Men's Club - October Breakfast Meeting – Jason Lewis\, Author\, Talk Show Host\, Former Congressman
DESCRIPTION:Jason Lewis \nClick Here to RSVP or Register\nJason Lewis is an American politician and former conservative radio personality (who filled in on the Rush Limbaugh show) who served as the U.S. representative for Minnesota’s 2nd congressional district from 2017 until 2019. The district included most of the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities. A member of the Republican Party\, he was a radio talk show host and a conservative political commentator before serving in Congress. He hosted the nationally syndicated Jason Lewis Show\, based out of KSTP (AM) in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul radio market\, from 2009 to 2014. \nLewis was elected to Congress in 2016 defeating Democrat Angie Craig. He succeeded retiring Republican incumbent John Kline. He lost his bid for a second term in 2018 in a rematch against Craig. He was the Republican nominee in the 2020 U.S. Senate election in Minnesota. He was defeated by incumbent Democrat Tina Smith by a margin of 5.2 points\, making it the closest Senate election in Minnesota since 2008. Some election observers attribute this close election to two pro-marijuana legalization parties taking a combined 7.69% of the vote. \nFormer Minnesota Congressman Jason Lewis\, former fill-in for the late Rush Limbaugh\, is back on the air these days. He has been guest hosting in the Twin Cities\, Charlotte and Sacramento. He’s also talking about his new book\, “Party Animal\, The Truth About President Trump\, Power Politics & the Partisan Press”. \nThe book looks at politics in the public arena during the Trump presidency\, from his time in Washington to campaigning with former President in a riot-torn Minnesota as the Senate nominee in 2020. But it also includes plenty on his former broadcasting work\, including a tribute to the late radio icon.
