DESCRIPTION:Jason Lewis \nClick Here to RSVP or Register\nJason Lewis is an American politician and former conservative radio personality (who filled in on the Rush Limbaugh show) who served as the U.S. representative for Minnesota’s 2nd congressional district from 2017 until 2019. The district included most of the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities. A member of the Republican Party\, he was a radio talk show host and a conservative political commentator before serving in Congress. He hosted the nationally syndicated Jason Lewis Show\, based out of KSTP (AM) in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul radio market\, from 2009 to 2014. \nLewis was elected to Congress in 2016 defeating Democrat Angie Craig. He succeeded retiring Republican incumbent John Kline. He lost his bid for a second term in 2018 in a rematch against Craig. He was the Republican nominee in the 2020 U.S. Senate election in Minnesota. He was defeated by incumbent Democrat Tina Smith by a margin of 5.2 points\, making it the closest Senate election in Minnesota since 2008. Some election observers attribute this close election to two pro-marijuana legalization parties taking a combined 7.69% of the vote. \nFormer Minnesota Congressman Jason Lewis\, former fill-in for the late Rush Limbaugh\, is back on the air these days. He has been guest hosting in the Twin Cities\, Charlotte and Sacramento. He’s also talking about his new book\, “Party Animal\, The Truth About President Trump\, Power Politics & the Partisan Press”. \nThe book looks at politics in the public arena during the Trump presidency\, from his time in Washington to campaigning with former President in a riot-torn Minnesota as the Senate nominee in 2020. But it also includes plenty on his former broadcasting work\, including a tribute to the late radio icon.

Board members Erick Carter\, Kelly Lichter and Stephanie Lucarelli voted in favor\, with Tim Moshier and Jerry Rutherford dissenting. \nRicciardelli\, a Naples native\, has 28 years of experience in education\, including serving as Collier interim superintendent and deputy superintendent. In those positions\, she was responsible for leading financial services\, school leadership and district operations\, including transportation\, nutrition services\, safety and security and facilities and maintenance. \nEarly in her career\, Ricciardelli worked in Broward\, Orange and Seminole counties\, where she served as a teacher for students with disabilities. She returned to Collier to work at Manatee Middle School as an inclusion teacher and at Lely High School as an Exceptional Student Education specialist and dean of students. \nShe worked at Palmetto Ridge High School for six years as assistant principal of attendance and discipline and returned to Lely as assistant principal of curriculum and instruction. Ricciardelli was later chosen to be principal at Golden Gate Middle School and again returned to Lely to serve as principal before taking a position in district leadership.

DESCRIPTION:Scott Baier\nOriginally from upstate New York\, Mr. Scott Baier now lives in Estero with his wife Rachel and their five children. \nIn June of 2021\, Scott assumed the role of CEO at Community Pregnancy Clinics. Prior to this\, Scott spent 23 years in the education field – teaching\, mentoring and leading thousands of students and families to be the best version of themselves – academically\, humanly and spiritually. \nScott holds two Master’s Degrees in Human Relations and Educational Leadership. Before becoming an educator\, Scott spent two years in the seminary and as a missionary and later served as a non-commissioned office with U.S. Army Intelligence in both Germany and Bosnia-Hercegovina. \nScott brings an extensive list of skill sets\, particularly leadership in non-profit strategic management and he believes deeply in the life-saving mission of CPCI. Scott is focused on leading his team to be able to effectively respond to the ever-changing pro-life landscape as CPCI’s impact continues to grow in the state of Florida – providing men and women with life-affirming medical services and helping end abortion – one father\, one mother and one precious baby at a time. \nLynda Bell\nLynda Bell is the president of Florida Right to Life representing the statewide organization as a delegate to the National Right to Life Committee board of directors on which she also serves as Chairman of the NRLC Board. \nIn her capacity as president\, Lynda lobbies at the state Capitol to promote and support pro-life legislation. She has increased exposure on state and national television\, radio\, in print and social media educating and debating pro-life issues such as bans on abortion and embryonic stem-cell research\, euthanasia\, assisted suicide\, ultrasound\, parental rights\, parental notification\, the Choose Life license plate and partial-birth abortion to name a few. \nThis year Lynda ranked as twenty-fifth in a list of Florida’s 100 Most Powerful Women. \nPrevious public service positions Lynda has held include six years on the Florida Communities Trust appointed by then-Governor Rick Scott; elected as Miami-Dade County Commissioner serving as Vice Chair; and elected Mayor of Homestead\, the first and only woman mayor in the city’s over 100 year history. \nLynda has been married to her husband\, Mark\, for thirty-eight years and lives in Tallahassee where they co-teach adult Sunday school. Passidomo was elected to the Florida Senate in November 2016 after having served in the Florida House of Representatives since 2010. Senator Passidomo was elected by her peers to serve as President of the Florida Senate for the 2022-2024 legislative term. \nDuring the 2018-2020 legislative session\, Senator Passidomo served as Senate Majority Leader. She also previously served as the Senate President’s appointee on the Statewide Council on Human Trafficking from 2017-2019.  She also served as the Chair for the Senate Committee on Rules for the 2020-2022 legislative session. \nSenator Passidomo graduated in 1975 from Trinity College (now University) in Washington\, D.C.\, after which she spent eight months backpacking in Southeast Asia.  In December 1978\, she received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law and built her practice around Real Estate and Business Law in Naples. She was in the first group of attorneys in the state to obtain Board Certification in Real Estate Law and her peers elected her to serve as President of both the Collier County Bar Association and the Collier County Women’s Bar Association. \nAs Senator Passidomo’s career progressed\, she used her background and legal skills to help almost 100 civic\, charitable\, and business organizations with their corporate documents and governance structure. \nFrom creating the Collier County Juvenile Justice Council to serving as Co-Chair of the Community Engagement Initiative of the Education Foundation of Collier County- Champions for Learning (“Connect Now”)\, and as President of the Southwest Florida Land Preservation Trust to chairing the Board of The United Way of Collier County\, she had the opportunity to work with citizens from all over Southwest Florida with a common goal of making the community a better place to live\, work\, raise a family and retire. \nSenator Passidomo and her husband John have lived in Naples for 43 years. Together\, they have three children\, Catarina\, Francesca and Gabriella\, and two grandsons\, William and Emilio.
