DESCRIPTION:Featured Speaker: Vice Admiral (Retired) Sean Pybus\, U.S. Navy\, SEAL \nPurchase Individual Tickets on the form below – Click on Sponsor Package Link in Red Below \nAll Proceeds to benefit scholarships and veteran services. \n“Climate Change – the Environment for Military Decision-Making\, Past and Present”\nVice Admiral (Retired) Sean Pybus\, U.S. Navy\, SEAL \nWhen I entered Naval Service and became a SEAL Officer (1980)\, the World was largely Black and White\, in terms of Adversaries and Threats to the United States. Today\, our Military Commanders are forced to interpret what and who a “Competitor”\, “Adversary”\, or “Terrorist” is\, and to be aware of our Nation’s Policies and Political Climate\, which tend to be fickle. \nFurther\, U.S. domestic distractions and political divisions in the past pale in comparison to today’s Wokeness\, Equality\, and other controversial issues. This ambiguous and treacherous environment for Military Commanders at every level could make for cautious\, conservative\, and sometimes delayed decisions\, which often leads to Missed Opportunities or Mission Failure. \nBio:\nSean Averell Pybus (born September 22\, 1957) is a retired United States Navy Vice Admiral who last served as the deputy Commander\, U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) from 2014 to 2016. He previously served as the Commander\, Naval Special Warfare Command from 2011 to 2013. \n\n\n\nBorn\nSeptember 22\, 1957 (age 65)\n\n\nAllegiance\n United States of America\n\n\nService/branch\n United States Navy\n\n\nYears of service\n1979–2016\n\n\nRank\n Vice Admiral\n\n\nCommands held\nDeputy\, United States Special Operations Command\nNATO Special Operations Headquarters\nNaval Special Warfare Command\nSpecial Operations Command Pacific\nNaval Special Warfare Group 1\n\n\nAwards\nDefense Distinguished Service Medal\nNavy Distinguished Service Medal\nDefense Superior Service Medal\nLegion of Merit\n\n\n\nClick Here to View Sponsor Packages\n\nFill out my online form.\n\n Fill out my Wufoo form!
