Please join us for an informative luncheon featuring Molly McCann Sanders, President Eagle Forum Education & Legal and Eagle Action. Molly will share the focus and mission of the organization she is now leading that was founded in 1981.
The Eagle Forum founded by Phyllis Schlafly was all about enabling citizens to shape public policy. Phylliss’s work in the public arena stretched from 1964 till her death in 2016. “Citizen-volunteers can affect government policies in Congress, state legislatures, city councils and school boards.” Phyllis Schlafly 1924-2016. Our very own RWSFF member Kathleen Sullivan was with Phyllis from the beginning creating the organization that it is today.
Mrs. Sanders is no stranger to Eagle Forum Education & Legal. Her mother, Noreen McCann, opened Phyllis’s first Washington, D.C. office in 1981 and was Phyllis’s lobbyist on Capitol Hill for much of the Reagan administration. Mrs. Sanders was raised in Eagle Forum, accompanying her mother to almost every Eagle Council and January leaders’ meetings, and she was active as a volunteer in Missouri Eagle Forum. She has spent years in grassroots politics and has held leadership positions in campaigns at the local, state, and federal level. You can find out more about Eagle Forum Education & Legal.
We will also have a 2026 Election Update. Florida results will be available as will many other races around the country. I am sure there may be states that are still counting ballots. Please pray that we hold the House which is looking unlikely each day. We should keep the Senate!
