About the Event Michael R. Caputo provides strategic communications counsel to corporate and political clients. With 35 years of global public affairs experience with government, political campaigns, trade groups, and Fortune 500 corporations, he has worked closely with world leaders and top journalists from across the spectrum on some of the biggest news stories of modern times. A senior advisor to the 2016 and 2024 campaigns of President Donald Trump, Michael also served as Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the US Department of Health and Human Services in 2020, leading the agency’s communications through the President’s controversial and high-stakes COVID response. There, he helped establish and guide Operation Warp Speed, the President’s signature pandemic initiative.
