William A. Jacobson is a Clinical Professor of Law at Cornell Law School, where he has taught since 2007. In 2008, he founded the Legal Insurrection website, one of the most influential conservative outlets.
In 2019, he launched the Legal Insurrection Foundation, a tax‐exempt non‐profit research and investigative group, and in 2021, CriticalRace.org, the most comprehensive database documenting the spread of Critical Race Theory in education. In 2023, he launched The Equal Protection Project to fight against discrimination done in the name of ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.’
Professor Jacobson frequently appears on radio and television, and lectures on campuses and before community groups.
